A charm house has opened up in Toronto’s downtown core and is turning the neighborhood into a charming place to spend the day.
The home, called The Trap House, opened its doors in October.
It’s located on the corner of Bathurst Street and Bay Street and it is filled with quirky and modern elements.
A new kitchen, living room, kitchen, dining room, and dining room with fireplace were all added to the original structure.
It was also renovated for the weekend.
A family that has been using the property for a few months now was happy to share with CBC News the excitement of having their first summer home.
“I’ve been here for four months and we’re going to see a lot of people come in and enjoy our place,” said Renee and Joe Kagan, who have been using The Trap house for about six months.
“It’s just a wonderful place for family and friends to stay, for parties, to go out, and for socializing,” said Joe.
The Kagan family has been renting the property since March, and has been enjoying the renovations.
The trap house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a lounge area.
There’s also a large backyard.
The family has installed a water fountain, as well as a pool, an outdoor patio, and more.
The family also purchased the space for a second house in April.
The Kagan’s two-bedroom, two-bathroom house has been filled with books and artwork, while the Kagan house is home to a collection of vintage items.
The Trap House is a family run business, and is owned and run by Joe Kogan.
It has been open for a couple of years, and the Kogan family is looking forward to continuing to offer quality, fun-filled experiences for visitors.
“When you think about it, we’ve been living in this trap house for quite some time now and we love it,” said Marie Kagan.
